PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a final judgment of dissolution of marriage. The sole issue presented is an award of a 50 per cent special equity to the former wife in a condominium. The judgment is affirmed on the authority of Duncan v. Duncan, 379 So.2d 949 (Fla.1980), and Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla.1980).

AFFIRMED.
