SHARP, Judge.
We reverse the award of attorney’s fees and costs. See Allen v. Estate of Dutton, 384 So.2d 171 (Fla. 5th DCA 1980).
REVERSED.

ON PETITION FOR REHEARING
SHARP, Judge.
The award of costs was reversed due to an oversight by the Court, a fact called to our attention by appellees in a Petition for Rehearing. Accordingly, we grant the Petition for Rehearing and revise our opinion to affirm the award of costs and reverse the award of attorney’s fees.
