PER CURIAM.
The petition for writ of prohibition is denied on the authority of Sherrod v. Franza, 396 So.2d 1136 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981). Also see Hunter v. Franza, 405 So.2d 1035 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981). Contra, see Bates v. Keating, 396 So.2d 1172 (Fla. 5th DCA 1981).
