State v. Salazar (405 So. 2d 790, 1981)

PER CURIAM.

The trial court’s order dismissing the information as unconstitutional is reversed on the authority of State v. Benitez, 395 So.2d 514 (Fla. 1981). The matter is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
