PER CURIAM.

In accordance with the Florida Supreme Court’s opinion, Fla., 406 So.2d 1109, rendered in this case on November 25,1981, we affirm the trial court’s ruling that the law of Illinois is to be applied to this case and we direct the trial court to apply that law in light of the opinion rendered in Alvis v. Ribar, 85 Ill.2d 1, 52 Ill.Dec. 23, 421 N.E.2d 886 (1981).
