Worrell v. John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Inc. (412 So. 2d 1, 1981)

PER CURIAM.

In view of the Supreme Court’s decision in Dober v. Worrell, 401 So.2d 1322, Fla. Case No. 59,608, opinion filed July 23, 1981, this Court’s opinion in Worrell v. John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Inc., 384 So.2d 897 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980), is modified and the summary judgment in question is unconditionally affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
