PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. Finney v. State, 420 So.2d 639 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982) (en banc); Jackson v. State, 382 So.2d 749 (Fla. 1st DCA 1980), aff’d, 392 So.2d 1324 (Fla.1981); Collier v. State, 353 So.2d 1219 (Fla. 3d DCA 1978); Lane v. State, 353 So.2d 194 (Fla. 3d DCA 1977), cert. denied, 358 So.2d 131 (Fla.1978); Reddish v. State, 167 So.2d 858 (Fla.1964).

BASKIN, Judge

(concurring).

Because the facts of this case closely resemble those in Jackson v. State, 382 So.2d 749 (Fla. 1st DCA 1980), aff’d, 392 So.2d 1324 (Fla.1981), I concur in the result without departing from the views I expressed in my dissent in Finney v. State, 420 So.2d 639 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982) (en banc).
