Campbell v. Nourse (429 So. 2d 1375, 1983)

PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for writ of prohibition, quash the order of February 3, 1983 entered by the respondent and direct that respondent exercise no further jurisdiction over the petitioner unless and until formal legal proceedings are instituted against the petitioner and jurisdiction over the petitioner properly acquired. See, e.g., Lovett v. Lovett, 93 Fla. 611, 112 So. 768 (Fla.1927).
