PER CURIAM.

We reverse the final judgment awarding damages to Warhaftig upon a holding that with respect to this plaintiff the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction under the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, 46 U.S.C. §§ 1300, 1312.

Reversed.
