Smith v. State (469 So. 2d 964, 1985)

PER CURIAM.

The public defender filed this appeal pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). We affirm appellant’s conviction and sentence for armed robbery and armed kidnapping. However, we remand this ease to the trial court with instructions to vacate the assessment of costs in the amount of seventeen dollars which it assessed without notice or hearing.

AFFIRMED and REMANDED.
