PER CURIAM.

Appellant has been granted a belated appeal by this court in case number BG-139, opinion filed August 1, 1985, 474 So.2d 7. Therefore, this appeal from denial of his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.850 is dismissed without prejudice.
