Thomas v. State (490 So. 2d 1376, 1986)

PER CURIAM.

Finding Thomas’s motion facially sufficient to support his claims, we reverse and remand to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with our decision in Owens v. State, 463 So.2d 408 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985).

Reversed and remanded.
