PER CURIAM.
The trial court erred in dismissing this criminal case after the State of Florida had entered a nolle prosequi. State v. Evans, 418 So.2d 459 (Fla. 4th DCA 1982).
The order of dismissal is
REVERSED.
HERSEY, C.J., and LETTS and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
