Doral Travel, Inc. v. Gerner (515 So. 2d 761, 1987)

PER CURIAM.

We remand the cause to the trial court to enable the court to discharge the receiver and to enter appropriate orders concluding the case. We affirm the final judgment. See Campbell v. Werner, 232 So.2d 252 (Fla. 3d DCA 1970).

Remanded with directions and affirmed.
