The appealed-from order which transfers the venue in appellant’s action against ap-pellees to Broward County is reversed on the authority of Tucker v. Fianson, 484 So.2d 1370 (Fla. 3d DCA), review denied, 494 So.2d 1153 (Fla.1986).
