PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order denying petitioner’s verified motion to stay or abate pending arbitration and remand with instructions to grant the motion. Post Tensioned Engineering Corp. v. Fairways Plaza Associates, 429 So.2d 1212 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).
