Robbins v. Stuart International Corp. (559 So. 2d 1188, 1990)

PER CURIAM.

This appeal presents the same issue decided in Robbins v. Yusem, 559 So.2d 1185 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990). On the authority of Robbins v. Yusem, we reverse the order dismissing with prejudice the Property Appraiser’s complaint and remand for further proceedings consistent with Yusem.

Reversed and remanded.
