PER CURIAM.

We reverse the dismissal of appellant’s counterclaim. Allie v. Ionata, 503 So.2d 1237 (Fla.1987). Upon remand and reinstatement of appellant’s counterclaim, we direct the court to reconsider appellant’s request for leave to amend to add a claim for equitable accounting.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
