Affirmed. Picchi v. Barnett Bank of South Florida, 521 So.2d 1090 (Fla.1988). Our decision is without prejudice, however, to appellant’s right to make a motion for relief from judgment before the trial court in accordance with rule 1.540(b), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
