State v. Jordan (578 So. 2d 899, 1991)

PER CURIAM.

The state appeals from an order dismissing an information which had been filed against appellee, Calvin Mead Jordan. We reverse on the authority of Burch v. State, 558 So.2d 1 (Fla.1990), and remand for further appropriate proceedings.
