Rivas v. State (593 So. 2d 627, 1992)

PER CURIAM.

Based on the authority of Cleveland v. State, 587 So.2d 1145 (Fla.1991), we reverse the defendant’s conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

The remaining points raised on appeal lack merit.

Affirmed in part; reversed in part and remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
