PER CURIAM.

Upon a review of the record, we affirm the final judgment as to all issues raised by the appellant. However, on the cross-appeal, we reverse and remand for an award of prejudgment interest to the plaintiff. Argonaut Ins. Co. v. May Plumbing Co., 474 So.2d 212 (Fla.1985).
