PER CURIAM.

On the authority of Garden v. Frier, 602 So.2d 1273 (Fla.1992), and pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.315(b), we summarily reverse the trial court’s entry of summary final judgment against appellant, and we remand to the trial court for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
