PER CURIAM.

Because appellant properly could be treated as an adult under section 39.-047(4)(e)5, Florida Statutes (Supp.1990), we affirm. See Applegate v. Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, 377 So.2d 1150 (Fla.1979).

AFFIRMED.
