Linda's Jewelry Corp. v. Meir Jungreis Entp. (615 So. 2d 699, 1992)

As appellants elected to proceed by motion to dissolve the temporary injunction, and as evidentiary proceedings have begun, the appellants have elected remedies. See State v. Beeler, 530 So.2d 932 (Fla.1988). The motion to dismiss is granted.
