PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order granting attorney’s fees. On remand, the trial court shall make specific findings as to the hourly rate and the number of hours reasonably expended by counsel. See Florida Patient’s Compensation Fund v. Rowe, 472 So.2d 1145 (Fla.1985). Because appellee agreed to pay attorney’s fees of $100 per hour, the trial court shall not exceed that hourly rate.

Reversed and remanded.
