PER CURIAM.

We affirm the jury’s verdict on the issue of liability. We write only to point out that Issue III, while prematurely raised in this appeal, has been resolved recently by the Florida Supreme Court in Fabre v. Marin, 623 So.2d 1182 (Fla.1993).
