The order under review purporting to grant a Motion to Compel filed by Appellee is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings in accordance with Indi an River Colony Club, Inc. v. Judge J. Jones, 626 So.2d 988 (Fla. 1st DCA 1993).
