The appeal in case number 92-01195 is affirmed.

Case number 92-02478, in which Haynes Funeral Home, Inc. and Forrest G. Haynes appeal from the denial of attorney’s fees, is reversed on the authority of Timmons v. Combs, 608 So.2d 1 (Fla.1992), which was decided subsequent to the trial court’s order.
