I respectfully dissent. I would reverse the summary judgment on authority of Boman v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., 505 So.2d 445 (Fla. 1st DCA), review denied, 509 So.2d 1119 (Fla.1987), and Hepler v. Atlas Mutual Insurance Co., 501 So.2d 681 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987).
