State v. Baxter (638 So. 2d 192, 1994)

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to State v. Berger, 605 So.2d 488 (Fla.2d DCA 1992), affirmed in Veilleux v. State, 635 So.2d 977 (Fla.1994), we reverse the suppression order herein and remand for further proceedings.
