Tinker v. Singletary (641 So. 2d 1326, 1994)

PER CURIAM.

Stephen Tinker petitions this Court for rehearing in our prior denial of his petition for habeas corpus. We treat this as a new request for writ of mandamus in response to the issues raised in Griffin v. Singletary, 638 So.2d 500 (Fla.1994). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(8), Fla. Const. The petition is denied on the authority of Griffin.
