We reverse the summary judgment entered for the appellee for the reasons set forth in Practice Management Associates, Inc. v. Gulley, 618 So.2d 259 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993), and Practice Management Associates, Inc. v. Orman, 614 So.2d 1135 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993).

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
