Goodrich v. State (657 So. 2d 970, 1995)

PER CURIAM.

In this Anders appeal, the court imposed payment to First Step, which was imposed as a special condition of probation, is hereby stricken. See Tibero v. State, 646 So.2d 213 (Fla. 5th DCA 1994) (era banc). In all other respects, the judgment and sentencing disposition are affirmed.

AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED.
