Miller v. State (658 So. 2d 1240, 1995)

PER CURIAM.

In this Anders appeal, the court-imposed payment to First Step as a special condition of probation is hereby stricken. See Tibero v. State, 646 So.2d 213 (Fla. 5th DCA 1994) (on rehearing en banc). In all other respects, the judgment and sentencing disposition are affirmed.

AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED.
