PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order dismissing plaintiffs complaint with prejudice and hold that the record fails to support the trial court’s imposition of dismissal, the ultimate sanction. See Commonwealth Fed. Sav. & Loan Ass’n v. Tubero, 569 So.2d 1271 (Fla.1990).

Reversed and remanded.
