PER CURIAM.

Appellees having conceded error on the authority of Frohman v. Bar-Or, 660 So.2d 633 (Fla.1995), which authority was not available to the trial court when the order under review was entered, that order is reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
