Gayle v. State (679 So. 2d 1293, 1996)

PER CURIAM.

We affirm Appellant’s conviction and grant the public defender’s motion to withdraw as counsel pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 788, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). However, we reverse the imposed fine of $250,000 and remand with directions to assess a $100,000 fine under section 893.135(1)(b)(1)(b) of the Florida Statutes.
