CONFESSION OF ERROR
PER CURIAM.
Based on the respondent’s proper confession of error, we grant the writ of prohibition and remand this case for assignment to a different trial judge. Brake v. Murphy, 693 So.2d 663 (Fla. 3d DCA 1997).
