PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for writ of certiorari and quash the order on the authority of Singletary v. Griffith, No. 97-3101, — So.2d - (Fla. 3d DCA Apr.1, 1998), and Florida Department of Corrections v. Pride, 706 So.2d 133 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998).
