ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY REVERSAL
PER CURIAM.
We grant appellant’s motion for summary-reversal and summarily reverse and remand for further proceedings in accord with State v. Butler, 23 Fla. L. Weekly D2187, 719 So.2d 344 (Fla. 4th DCA 1998).
