AFFIRMED. Appellant’s reliance on Southern Gulf Utilities Inc. v. Boca Ciega Sanitary Dist., 238 So.2d 458 (Fla. 2d DCA), cert. denied, 240 So.2d 813 (Fla.1970) — which is inapposite to the present case — is misplaced.
