Cozza v. State (741 So. 2d 1264, 1999)

PER CURIAM.

Antonio Cozza appeals an order denying his motion for jail time credit. The order summarily denying relief is reversed and the cause remanded for further consideration in light of Hidalgo v. State, 729 So.2d 984 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999).

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
