PER CURIAM.
DISMISSED. See, e.g., Bay Area News v. Poe, 364 So.2d 830 (Fla. 2d DCA), cert. denied, 373 So.2d 456 (Fla.1979). The dismissal is without prejudice to appellant to refile upon the entry of a final judgment.
