Voronsoff v. Respectable Street, Inc. (754 So. 2d 808, 2000)

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the summary final judgment in favor of appellees, Respectable Street, Inc., Tels, Inc. and Rodney Mayo. We also affirm the trial court’s entry of a judgment on the pleadings based upon appellant’s challenge to the constitutionality of section 768.125, Florida Statutes (1999). Kitchen v. K-Mart Corp., 697 So.2d 1200 (Fla.1997) does not render section 768.125 unconstitutional.

AFFIRMED.
