Froman v. Kirland (764 So. 2d 939, 2000)

PER CURIAM.

Upon this court’s reversal of the underlying final judgment in Froman v. Kirland, 753 So.2d 114 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999), and upon appellee’s concession that the February 10, 1999, award of attorney’s fees and costs should also therefore be reversed, we accordingly reverse and remand for further proceedings.
