PER CURIAM.

Having considered the appellant’s response to the Court’s order dated July 12, 2000, we dismiss the appeal without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. See Maxwell v. Nugget Oil, Inc., 744 So.2d 1203 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999).
