Gomez v. State (768 So. 2d 512, 2000)

PER CURIAM.

Alfredo Sonny Gomez appeals his conviction and sentence for offenses occurring on January 17, 1997. We affirm the convictions without further discussion. We remand this case to the trial court, however, to reconsider the sentence. See Smith v. State, 761 So.2d 419, 420 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000).

Convictions affirmed; remanded to reconsider sentencing.
