BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

Based on the Joint Stipulation and Request for Dismissal of Appellee Tower Systems South, Inc. and Withdrawal of Opinion, the opinion filed September 20, 2000, is hereby withdrawn and dismissed as to Tower Systems South, Inc.
