ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

TAYLOR, J.

We reverse the final judgment for attorneys’ fees and costs upon appellee’s confession of error and remand this matter to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing pursuant to Florida Patient’s Compensation Fund v. Rowe, 472 So.2d 1145 (Fla. 1985).

REVERSED and REMANDED.
